I-tank bowl insulates against outside temperature< preventing ice forming. It significantly reduces condensation on the bowl's outer walls and decreases energy consumption. Push technology increases rotaitions per minute and paddle speed, but only when product is being dispenced. Temperature can be set using the buttons on the keypad set on the front of machine.
